Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of civilviewed.living and the services offered through it by Civilviewed Tree Service. When you use the website, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Civilviewed Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. We also have no part in any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control them, and we make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information only. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial professional. Any cost range is a typical U.S. figure that varies by job, and it is not a quote. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the website only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@civilviewed.living at any time.

Ownership of Content

The website's content and design belong to Civilviewed Tree Service or those who license them to it. Please do not copy them or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Civilviewed Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered as is, with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, that means you accept the new version.
